Living Room

Bayside's living room features two couches, an entertainment center, bright curtains, and a cozy fireplace.

Kitchen

Bayside has a large, open kitchen with two refrigerators and plenty of cabinet space. The large picture window sends light streaming in all day long. We now have beautiful new tile in the kitchen and an updated range!

Pantry

This pantry area is in the utility room and offers plenty of storage for each tenant.

Study Room

With several roommates, it can be a challenge to find a quiet place to study.  Along with bedroom desks, Bayside also features a large study room with 3 large desks, an extra closet, and wall shelving.

Bedroom #1

The first bedroom sleeps two and is located adjacent to the living room.

Bedroom #2

The second bedroom, also for two, faces the west and is bright and sunny all day long.

Bedroom #3

The third and largest bedroom, when full sleeps 4. This room also features a large west-facing window for lots of light. Wall shelving and an oversized closet provide lots of storage.

Closets

Each bedroom features a deep closet, covered by bright curtains. Bulky items or personal belongings that don't fit in bedrooms can also be stored in the large storage room on site.

Bathrooms

Each of the two bathrooms features deep built-in storage, lots of drawers, and large countertops.

Bathroom Cabinets

These built-in cabinets and drawers act as a linen closet and provide a deep drawer for each tenant to store bathroom essentials.
